Peter Sutton

Peter Sutton is a British painter and glass artist, now living and working in Trondheim. He studied Architectural Glass at Swansea College of Art and has built a strong international career in both glass and painting.

His glass commissions, both national and international, are known for how they transform space through light and shadow. In recent years, Sutton has focused increasingly on visual art, especially oil painting. His works are marked by glowing, vibrant colors and a deeply personal, emotional approach.

Often inspired by a specific moment, memory, or place, his paintings are expressionistic and move fluidly between abstraction and figuration.
