VIOLET POLSANGI
Violet Polsangi is a Norwegian-Iranian artist known for her distinctive geometric style, blending abstract and concrete elements in harmonious color compositions. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, she draws inspiration from architecture and nature to create balanced and dynamic works. In addition to painting, she explores digital graphic prints (D.G.A.), merging photography and painterly expression to develop a transparent and multi-layered visual language. Born in Tehran, she studied under renowned Persian artists and exhibited at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art Biennale at 24. Since moving to Oslo in 1993, she has studied at Einar Granum School of Fine Art and earned a degree in art and design education. Polsangi's work has been exhibited in numerous galleries across Norway.
